Full-Body Skin Exam
& Surface-Level Cancers
Treatment:
A technique where the cancer is scraped away and the area is treated with electrical current to destroy remaining cells.
Surgical removal of the cancerous area with a small margin of healthy tissue.
Superficial basal or squamous cell carcinomas
Low-risk areas of the body
OR More Aggressive Cancers
Treatment:
Cancerous tissue is removed one thin layer at a time. Each layer is examined under a microscope until all cancer cells are gone.
