This is a 36-year-old patient who underwent bilateral gluteal and posterior thigh lift. She had significant weight loss after bariatric surgery and was dissatisfied with the excess skin of the back of her thighs and buttocks. We were able to achieve a natural appearing appearance of their area and conceal the scars in the gluteal fold.
