This 43 year old patient previously had implant-based breast reconstruction with another surgeon. She had multiple complications on the right side requiring implant removal. She traveled from out of state to undergo DIEP flap for reconstruction of her right breast with our practice. In later surgeries, we performed fat grafting and left implant exchange to refine symmetry. This is the patient's result after her DIEP flap and revision procedures.
