This is a 21 year old female who is being seen for a chief complaint of nasal aesthetic deformity. She complains of a prominent hump of the nasal bridge and widening of the entire nose. In order to address this patient's dorsal hump deformity as well as boxy nasal tip and droopy nasal tip, the following procedures were performed: open rhinoplasty technique with cephalic trim and elevation and refinement with interdomal and transdomal sutures of the nasal tip, decreasing of the dorsal hump with direct excision of quadrangular cartilage as well as refmed excision of upper lateral cartilages as well as rasping and osteotomies with infracture of the dorsal hump on the bony pyramid.
