This is a 19 year old female who is being seen for a chief complaint of nasal aesthetic deformity. She complains of a prominent hump of the nasal bridge. Cosmetic open rhinoplasty with elevation of the nasal tip with straightening of the columella to address the drooping as well as columelhr trim for refining of the nasal tip, interdomal and transdomal sutures as well as decreasing of dorsal hump with direct excision of the quadrangular cartilage, rasping, and osteotomies of the bony pyramid.
