Jeanette is a Physician Assistant. She was raised in Fort Wayne, IN, and completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis. Jeanette went on to graduate school for her Master of Science and Physician Assistant studies at the University of St Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Kelley Hartman is a Navy veteran and experienced Physician Assistant with a well-rounded background in medicine, leadership, and global healthcare service. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Kelley served in the Persian Gulf during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, where she specialized in anti-terrorism and force protection. She earned her undergraduate degree in pre-med from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, and went on to complete a year of volunteer service in a dermatology clinic at the VA hospital. Kelley later received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Mercy College in the Bronx, New York. Before specializing in dermatology, Kelley gained valuable experience in general neurology and held a leadership role in operations management for substance abuse treatment facilities. Her dedication to service extends beyond borders—she participates in annual medical mission work across South America, Africa, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. Outside of work, Kelley enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, food tours, and staying involved in her community.

Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, she worked as a Neurodiagnostic Technician for 8 years. As a Physician Assistant, Jeanette has worked in neurosurgery trauma, neurocritical care, and trauma surgery, and looks forward to learning and growing in her career with experience in plastic and hand surgery.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young children. Jeanette and her family love to spend their free time camping, traveling, or exploring new places.
